Return Policy

At Shakran Kreasi Indonesia, we prioritize customer satisfaction in all the services we provide, including Event Management, Tour and Travel Management, and Digital Creative Production. Our return policy outlines the conditions and procedures to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved.


1. Event Management Services

Refunds or cancellations for event management services will depend on the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement. The following policies apply:

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the event date, a refund of up to 50% of the deposit will be provided, excluding administrative fees.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Shakran Kreasi:
    • In the unlikely event of cancellation by Shakran Kreasi, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

2. Tour and Travel Management

For tour packages and travel bookings, our return policy adheres to the following:

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the departure date will be eligible for a 70% refund, excluding any non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., airline tickets, accommodation).
    • Cancellations made within 7–13 days before the departure date will receive a 30% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date are non-refundable.
  • Changes to Itinerary:
    • Changes to bookings (e.g., date, participant number) are subject to availability and additional fees.
  • Force Majeure:
    • In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), rescheduling or partial refunds will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Digital Creative Production Services

Refunds for digital creative projects are subject to the following:

  • Project Cancellation by Client:
    • If the cancellation is made before the project has started, a 90% refund of the deposit will be provided.
    • If the cancellation occurs after the project has started but before completion, a refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Revisions:
    • Revisions are allowed as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon terms may incur additional fees.

4. General Conditions
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to finance@shakrankreasi.com along with the relevant proof of payment and agreement details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the approval of the request.
  • Administrative fees, bank transfer fees, and any other non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
